Terms and Conditions

All Products and Services (p/s) have been designed, engineered, and maintained by RealPTT, Tesunho, Inrico, Anysecu, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, and E-Club SIM herein referred to as "Partners." When using, purchasing, and/or accessing p/s from www.falconptt.com, or ANY p/s or offerings directly from or of FalconPTT, or that of our Partners, you release FalconPTT and our Partners from any and all claims that may arise out of use, abuse, error(s), omission(s), damage, misconfiguration, injury, corruption, loss, or intrusion.

If you do not know how to install APK packets (apps) on an Android or Linux device, we recommend you let someone else with experience do it for you.  

Renewals: Each product page lists subscription periods. Once a subscription/plan expires, the customer will no long have access to FalconPTT or partners p/s until they renew their subscription or plan.

Connection: Power Over Cellular (PoC) radios require a mobile data or internet connection to work. You must have your own SIM card, your own carrier plan, our SIM card, or a reliable internet connection to operate PoC radios. FalconPTT supplied SIM cards are for use in the United States only. If you need a global plan, please contact us. Fees apply. 

Coverage: Coverage and reception is based on your location.  we can not guarantee that you will always have reception. due to your location. Our SIM provider provides rolling tower access to Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, which may automatically switch to strongest carriers tower based on your location. 

Shipping: Subscription credentials will be provided via email. Physical radio products will be sent via UPS or USPS. Note: Physical radio products that are not in stock must be ordered from China, which takes up to 14 days. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks before arriving to the US. Items within stock ship within 3 days of receiving payment.  Shipped UPS ground or USPS priority mail.

Returns:  All returns must be returned to us with 7 days after delivery confirmation in the original box, and undamaged or altered. We will send you an RMA and shipping label. You are responsible for packing and handing off the return to the shipping carrier. After we receive the shipment, we will inspect the item(s). If no signs of damage, misuse, abuse, or alteration is found, we will issue you a FULL REFUND for all associated p/s related to the return.  If we find signs of damage, misuse, abuse, or alteration, we will not issue you a refund.  In that event, we will return your shipment to your physical address OR we may offer you a partial refund based on the current value of the p/s.  NO RETURNS ON SOFTWARE, WEB PORTAL, OR 4G CONNECTION PLANS. 

Warranty: All physical products have a warranty of 1 year from the manufacture or Partner.
