Due to the fact that the radio products we sell come from out of the USA, and shipping back to the manufacturer would be timely and costly, we can not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.
We only accept returns on sealed, unopened, and unused physical merchandise. You have seven (7) days from the day of purchase to notify us that you'd like to return your physical merchandise for a refund.
All return requests or replacement request due to defect should be directed to the respected radio manufacturer.
We do not issue refunds for PTT subscriptions. Once you purchase a subscription, your subscription will be valid until the expiration date. Should you wish to end your PTT services at the end of your subscription (and if you are on auto renew), you must notify us before your renewal date so that you are not charged another subscription.
